No. We’re a paperwork and filing-prep service. We show you which official requirements commonly apply to clinics like yours, with links to the agency source, and we prepare the forms. You, your medical director and (if you choose) your attorney make the decisions and sign. Nothing we provide is legal or medical advice.

Yes, if your state and services require one. We don’t replace them. We prepare the logs and paperwork they review and sign, so their oversight is documented.

No. We track dates, counts and documents such as certificates, plans and training rosters. Please don’t send us patient records.

Texas, Florida and Arizona. We build each calendar from that state’s official agency sources, plus the federal items (CLIA, DEA, OSHA) every clinic has. We don’t serve other states yet.

If a deadline we track is missed because of us (we had your information and signature in time), you get that year’s fee back and we pay the state late fee, up to $500. We can’t be responsible for fines arising from clinical practice, scope-of-practice or ownership questions, or for paperwork that’s signed or paid late.

We prepare everything. Where an agency accepts a preparer or a client-authorized submission, we can submit with your written OK. Otherwise you click submit, and we walk you through it.

Nothing. It’s a one-page summary of what’s due and what looks missing, based on your answers and public registries. A person on our team reviews every one before it’s sent. No obligation.

Yes. We handle your local filings alongside your franchisor’s manual. Mobile and event records are part of Desk Plus.

Every plan runs 12 months and never auto-renews unless you opt in to Renew & Save. We email you 60 and 30 days before it ends, and you decide. In your first 30 days you can cancel for any reason: you pay one month and we refund the rest. After that, you can still leave with 30 days’ notice plus an early-exit fee of two months (less if your term is nearly done). Monthly billing is a way to pay for the same 12-month plan. Whenever you leave, you keep your calendar, your binder and a list of anything in progress.

Renew & Save is optional and off unless you tick a separate box and add your initials. With it on, your plan renews for another 12 months at 10% off, you get a free Pre-Renewal Review about 75 days before each renewal (a binder refresh, plus a mock paper inspection on Essentials), and there’s no setup fee on any location you add. We email you 60, 30 and 7 days before each renewal with the amount and date. To turn it off, reply STOP RENEWAL or use the one-click link in any reminder, with no fee. If you change your mind after a renewal charge, tell us within 14 days for a full refund and your plan ends. We prefer ACH from a business bank account.

No. We don’t support compounding or peptide businesses, or businesses that sell supplements or nootropics.

Commonly: the TDLR laser hair removal facility certificate ($750 to renew, every 2 years), DSHS laser device registration ($230 every 2 years), the Texas Medical Board’s delegation paperwork, privacy training within 90 days of hire (HB 300), plus the federal items: OSHA bloodborne pathogens, CLIA if you test, and DEA if you handle controlled substances. First, whether you need an AHCA health care clinic license ($2,000 every 2 years plus $300 per location) or a certificate of exemption ($100 every 2 years); you and your attorney decide. Then the biomedical waste permit (expires Sep 30) and a one-time Class IIIB/IV laser registration. See Florida clinic renewals.

The ADHS nonionizing radiation fee every Jan 1 ($100 per unit for Laser Cosmetic; each device counts as 3 units), the facility registration every 5 years ($0), and each laser technician’s certification every year ($30). See Arizona clinic renewals.

A CLIA Certificate of Waiver ($248 every 2 years), a CMS-116 change notice when your director, address, ownership or test menu changes, and, for exposed staff, an OSHA bloodborne pathogens plan and annual training. See CLIA-waived labs.

In Texas, Jenifer’s Law (HB 3749) has applied to elective IV therapy since Sep 1, 2025. Everywhere: an OSHA bloodborne pathogens plan reviewed at least yearly, staff training at assignment and every year, the hepatitis B vaccine offer within 10 working days, and DEA renewal every 3 years if you handle controlled substances. Per location, per year: Essentials $3,600, Core $6,900, and Desk Plus $11,900 for up to 3 locations (+$2,900 each additional). Monthly billing is about 10% more ($329, $629 or $1,079 a month). Catch-up setup is $1,500 one-time, waived for clinics that start by January 31, 2027. Government fees are paid at cost, never marked up. The Clinic Check is free.

The paperwork in between. Your attorney gives legal advice and your medical director oversees clinical care; neither usually wants to fill in renewal forms, chase training rosters or keep an inspection binder. We prepare that work at a published price and send legal or clinical questions back to them.
